BAD SERVICE

I have tried numerous times to get a hold of them to try and get feedback on the progress of my claim to no avail. I specifically made use of their company because I received such great reviews from it. However, they have ignored all my email correspondence and are unreachable via telephone. On their website they claim that funds are received within 4 - 6 weeks of submission. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING as it's been almost a year since I submitted my forms to them. If I knew it would take this long I would have gone to UIF myself and SAVED the R350.<br>
