never rent from them
I rented a property from the 1st November 2018 but was handed over to lawyers for the 1st October rent. i have prove of all payments made and are still begging for my money back as it has mysteries disappeared when asked to please investigate it i was told no further entertainment on this subject will be handled. i moved out of the property end of April and have no got a final demand for rent for may and June. the people that work there are in have ****** R1810.00 of my money and now say it cannot be found. they are very rude so i have taken this further

29 May 2019, 14:20 Dear Francesca, At a meeting held on the 2nd of April with yourself as well as the landlord, the financial statements and payments relevant to this lease was discussed. All parties (including yourself) agreed that all monies due was paid and the account settled. As per instruction from yourself and the landlord, any further queries and transactions pertaining to the cleaning of the property as well as any repairs, will be arranged between yourselves. Proof of all correspondence and financial transactions has been kept and the above-mentioned can be substantiated. Please refrain from accusing us of theft, as this constitutes defamation of character and cannot be taken lightly. Our lines are open for any discussion.
