Eager to take my money, no delivery!!

<p>Lee won a contract to do my house extensions. He was always eager and available and made a lot of promises. Long story short, paid an initial deposit of R100k and the job start, good progress was made initially and Lee asked for a further R40k which I gladly paid, even though I could see not more than R40k of work was done of the original R100k. He advised me it was for all the windows I was replacing (including a door). This amounted to R65k according to Lee. After about a month work started to slow down and Lee blamed the suppliers and manufacturers for not keeping to their promises. Eventually Lee'a lies caught up with him and established that he used my money, didn't pay to suppliers therefore they didn't deliver. Didn't pay the manufacturers, thus my windows and door was delivered. Eventually got a new contractor and I'm now busy with legal action against Lee and CL Plumbing & Builders. Watch out for him, he is anything but trustworthy!!</p>
