Bad service

I am trying to buy a house and all the deposits were paid before the end of January 2019. And they still have not gotten the building plans. It looks like they have the time in the world to do things. I would like to find out the the sale will be going through before the end of the year as there is nothing being done. I have to continue chasing them on a weekly bases to find out that everything is still where it was a week ago.
