A WASTE OF TIME

I am currently undertaking renovations on my apartment, and contacted a number of contractors to quote me on the work required. Arnold came out and spent an hour asking what was needed by me. He did not take any measurements and when he was leaving, he asked that I provide him with the plans and that he would be in a position to quote thereafter. In the week to follow, I continuously contacted Arnold providing him with all the necessary information. Once he was in receipt of it, I never heard from him, I tried contacting him twice thereafter, and he failed to respond. He just wasted my time and if he did not want the job, should have said so.
