Certificate of qualification still outstanding since 2019

I was a student with CKP Development since February 2018 doing Long term Insurance, I completed the course / wrote my last exam in August 2019 but until today they never registered me with INSTETA , I have tried to do follow up with them but they only promise and not provide my Certificate.

They only gave me a confirmation letter that I have completed the course with them and also the statement of results but this information is not registered on INSETA data base , I phoned INSETA they told me that the CKP Development is their duty to register their students.

I really need my Certificate and to be registered on this website so that other Companies can see and confirm that I did complete the course.

I want to continue studying with other institutions and do related courses but this will be a problem if they can’t find this on INSETA ESPECIALLY if they need to credit me on some modules.

Please help me because CKP does not take this serious, they complained about lockdown for the whole of 2020 , I don’t know what is an excuse now.
