Promises not kept by CKM Trading

Having paid Ckm Trading in full to repair my thatch roof I expected the owner of the company to honour his promises and return to fix the leaks. I have waited 3 weeks and with numerous calls to both the owner and his foreman no one arrives. They don't deserve to be in business
