DISHONEST UNRELIABLE
Hallo. I would like to warn you against CKM Thatchers. We paid them R40k to spray 275sqm thatch roof for fire protection and inside for insects. The reason I used them was for insurance certificate as indicated on their quotation. It's one month later and 16 WhatsApp's begging for something I paid for I haven't received any certificate for the insurance. Also the Insect spray inside ran down the walls, we have tried so many different cleaning materials but with no luck we had to repaint all the walls after we have done it 6 months ago. The previous company 5 years ago didn't use a product that was running down the walls. So accept for the R40k it cost us more then R6k to repaint and still no insurance certificate. They were also 6 hours late and we gave them free accommodation in our 4 star rooms. Please don't trust them, they told me so many lies about the certificate and we paid a lot of money. I normally give a business a fair chance, but this is unacceptable for me to beg for something I paid for.
