After quoting for my lapa roof , said that if I paid the 50% deposit, they would be able to commence the covering of my lapa with Harvey Roofing tiles, the very next day, and it would be completed within 3 days. The 50% deposit was paid, and Clifford and one worker came and laid the wooden strips over the lapa roof. The top of the lapa roof was opened, and my own staff had to climb up to cover the big gap from the rain. Clifford and his company did not return – they have still not returned. They have not credited me, for not doing the job: they have made excuses, they have avoided communication, they have not delivered, and now I have a lapa looking aesthetically problematic since 3 September 2021, and still Clifford and his company do not take responsibility. Please do not use them.
