Poor Service and product

I would like to caution anyone from using the services of CKays Roller & Shutter Doors ***ner Thurston Davids). We hired him to install a gate motor. He claims to be available at all times to honor guarantees. None of this has happened. We discovered aftwards (2 weeks into having the motor) that it is defective. He did not supply some of the components which came with the gate. His guarantee is not with the paper it is written on. Once he has installed a motor, you never see him again. And you have no guarantee that the motor he has installed is up to standard.
