Taken Deposit and Never arrived

They came out to asses out gate for repairs, made us pay 50% deposit to do the work and confirmed they would be there the next morning (Saturday) to do repairs. On Saturday we recieved a whatsapp to say their technician didnt arrive and they would come on Monday at 8am. They have still not arrived to do repairs its been 3 weeks. We can not get hold of the company on any contact numbe or email, they have not contacted us and have taken our money. We are very unhappy clients and do not recommend that you use this company.
