Poor Service from CK Gate Auto !!!!!!!

Gave them a telephonic request two and half weeks ago and they promised to contact me back with a quote, phoned today and no information from my previous call. With my previous installation in Oct 2019, my battery failed after 3 months and they refused to replace under guarantee, although when a I bought a new replacement battery, Regal Security gave a 12 month warranty. So much for Client Service, do not use these guys - pathetic is still a compliment !!!!!!!!!
