My mom's vehicle was taken in by CK Coachworks on the 15th of October 2024. I was told because of the Make and Model the parts would probably arrive ETA 2 months as it would need to come from Korea. The moment my mom's car arrived at CK Coachworks, I received a WhatsApp that our vehcile has arrived at their premesis and they've ordered the parts needed. Lucian then kept in contact with me since the date they collected my Mom's car until we needed to pick it up on Friday the 8th of November 2024, to be honest it didn't even feel like a month has passed, because Lucian kept in contact with me from day one until we collected the Vehicle. I can truly say that I've been dealt with on a High Level of Inspirational Customer service from Lucian and CK Coachworks Tygerberg Wow!!! Exceptional Service through and through.
