Refuse to Refund

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an electrical part and ask Andrew if I am not sure that it will work, I will bring it back. I paid R14.375 for the part. I immediately tried the part in my vehicle and it did not work. I return to Andrew to give him back the part and ask for a refund. He refuses. He said it is company policy - NO REFUND. Very rude person. I bought the part 15 minutes ago and he refuses to refund.
