Does not deliver goods paid for

We ordered uniforms for staff in early Feb 2015, a large amount of the items were not the correct sizes. The owner promised when we placed the order that there would not be problems with the orders.<br> <br> 8 jackets returned - wrong sizes<br> 16 pairs of pants returned - wrong sizes<br> 1 pair of pants - tore on hip and inner thigh (despite being triple stitched and 2 sizes too big)<br> <br> For weeks I have been trying to get a hold of him, he never took my calls. I eventually managed to get hold of him on a staff members cellphone about a month ago and he said the resizing were done he just had to deliver them, It is now July 2015, a month later and still nothing.<br> <br> Have tried calling again, sent emails and nothing, he does not respond at all. I have even threated to get lawyers onto him, still nothing.<br> <br> This order has been paid in full already but am not sure what to do anymore.
