Watch Discontinued, No Strap For A New Looking Watch

I feel cjr gift sales has no regards for their customers and their customer services is not up to standard , as for their repair center manager Andri to make comparison to car car manifacture really goes to show how inconsiderate they are . My Toyota Run X is over 10 years old so does that mean site it has been discontinued now it has to be tossed away ? Whenever I go to Toyota looking for a certain part More often than not..... they have no stock available...... however They place an order for me and In a day or 2 I'll get a call from them to come and collect......so to me that equates to good customer service They should always have contingency plans What about the customers Who've spent a fortune On their products.....? Do they now have to suffer simply because of the companies lack of being Pro active......the answer is No
