Refuse to repLace

Bought a police bracelet at Belgravia jewelers in December 2014. Its rusted after a year.<br> How pathetic... Went to into them . didn't take slips or anything for the guarantee or proof of purchase!<br> <br> CRJ at the main suppliers. Just as pathetic and totally *********** and not idea what customer service is all about. Because the shop didn't want to take the slips or guarantee or anything now its my fault and they wont replace the rusting bracelet they supplies me with!<br> How useless and totally pathetic.<br> DO NOT BUY FORM EITH OF THESE COMPANIES. THEYA RE THEIVES AND WILL ***** YOU MONIES!!!<br>
