No Customer Service

Customer service is pathetic. Receptionist does not understand the term that no one in the service center is answering phones, clearly no one in the team knows how to respond to a email as they have not provided feedback to a three emails sent since last week Monday.

It not like they have to do research or find an answer, it is a simple yes or no question
