Terrible service

If i l could give negative stars i would, staff was rude and gave wrong information, i called on a friday morning to place a order and the lady said i have to fill in forms first which i then requested for the lady said she would send it but never did, i had to call again on a monday morning to only then receive the forms i understand it was weekend but atleast inform me when you will send the forms.

Then when i wanted to place a order the receptionist kept asking me what company am i looking for and who i want to speak to after telling her more than once, then only to be told they are out of stock after me having to struggle to put a order in. I had to go through all this trouble just for 20kg wax
