Debit Order Dispute when Cintract has been Cancelled

I would like to alert people about the CJLZ Consulting Pty Ltd, that says they assist people with their Financial Mediating. You cancel whatever proceeding before they began 4 days after you have agreed, 25 days after they go and debit your account and state that their terms are if you have cancelled after signing the contract and the 1st debit order received there are no refund.

How so as I have cancelled with them on the 4 June 2024 and debit was supposed to go off on the 25 June 2024, already the contract has been cancelled hut they still debit the account and they tell me no refund.

I would like Hello Peter to assist me getting my R3500 back
