Bed service and questionable ethics.

I just wanted to give you a heads-up based on my personal experience. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for work that I don't believe was fully completed, and when I asked for proof that certain parts had been replaced, none was provided. It also felt like new issues kept appearing after previous repairs, which left me questioning the quality of the work. Something else that concerned me was that my vehicle was kept for almost two weeks for what should have been a relatively simple clutch cable replacement. On one occasion when I stopped by to check on the progress, my car wasn't there. I was told it was out on a test ride, but the circumstances made me uncomfortable and raised questions in my mind about how my vehicle was being used. I always try to support small local businesses because I believe in giving them a chance, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend using them. It's a hard lesson for me, and I regret placing my trust in them.
