Poor customer service

Good day<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted by the service I received by one of the beauticians recently, I thought I would treat my Grandmother to an eyebrow shaping and tint at Cj Wellness And Beauty. So as she entered the room where the treatments are done, she called me to explain to the beautician what we wanted to have had done. It being her first time in a salon, she nervously wanted my input. <br> <br> So eventually I am in the room, ready to voice the request, Jade (the beautician) rudely gives me attitude and sarcastly interrupts while I'm speaking. Not only was she rude to me but made my Grandmother feel extremely uncomfortable. If her attitude wasn't bad enough she then tinted my grandmother's eyebrow and it started turning green, then she sarcastly states that this is not what she would have recommended for my grandmother. I being a paying client would have appreciated her input initially before she even started.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed by this. I work in a corporate firm where it is essential to always put the customer first ,this is our primary goal in our daily deliverables.<br> <br> She ruin my Grandmother's first experience in a beauty shop as well as the gift to her as well.
