DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I went for acrylic nails and a pedicure I recieved my treatment and the following week I recieved a call from the owner stating that they under charged me. I had the decency to go back to the salon and pay the outstanding fee, where the owner once again checked my nails to say it was still perfect. She was horribly mistaken as the next week my acrylic nails all fell off one by one. For 2 weeks I was contacting the salon and all employees countiously stated that the owner was not available which i think is such nonsense. I managed to finally get hold of her and she said she is busy with a client and she will return my call. Still no feedback I think this is utter disgusting customer service and I will never recommend anybody to this salon. PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER DELIVERY!!! No Mangerial s****s or business s****s from staff as well.</p>
