Leaking roof after professional job
Given 10 year guarantee, it's only been a year, the roof still leaks, I've been trying for months for them to come back, sometimes he'll make an excuse in appointment day, or just keeps quiet, then I have to make contact again, no follow-up from companies side. He previously said if he doesn't come that specific day, he will give me refund, he made another excuse, but I also received no refund. Not sure why you offer a guarantee, perhaps it's better not to, I chose this company specifically for guarantee, which seems useless
