Cj mobile mechanic

Absolutely terrible customer service from this man called Chris his company named cj mobile mechanic located in the west rand. I gave my 2015 Ford ecoboost for this guy to sort out its overheating problem, this guy replaces the the water bottle and ads coolant charges me R5500 After a couple of hours phones me telling me that there is a missfire on the engine whilest the car is running, so I agree to fix the headgasket, he has it skimmed and sent to engineering, 2 weeks later he says oh the exhaust needs to be changed, he changes my exhaust into a sports ****ing exhaust because the emissions emitted from the catalatic converter is pushing the exhausts temperature to 700 degrees he says, he convinced me to change the exhaust for God knows why. Also he ads a dump valve to the engine (I never once asked this guy to need for speed tune my Ford) I mean it's a ****ing Ford 1 liter turbo ffs. After more than a month of not having my vehicle I confront him, he says the vehicle is done, so I phone him the next day he says oh no he has to check hundred of sensors near the exhaust in order for it to work. Obviously this guy just kept on finding problems, After spending over 40k to fix my car I went to fetch my vehicle I mean it's been more than a month. I arrive to find my vehicle outside the workshop not like he mentioned where he was checking for more problems, Replaced my disc brakes and pads and they never stopped screeching whilst I was driving.

A week later I notice heavy oil leakage I return to his workshop to confront him to fix it, he immediately throws in that he has rights and he does not accept responsibility for my vehicle. After a phone call he agrees to look for a tapid cover near the crankshaft Which he says would cost me between 2k and 10k I refuse to pay for his mistakes and he never once contacted me back. Also this guy doesn't like the fact that I confronted him over his poor quality work. So he will phone me telling me Listen here this and that. What gives this guy the right to treat customers like dogs? BTW I paid over 40k to fix my heating problem just to get it back with an major oil leak. Would never recommend this ********* person to anyone.
