In the beginning we did not have to much issues as we started getting to the middle and he started getting other work he starts to neglects his other sites. We had to monitor everything ourselves to make sure there is nothing wrong he did not do any inspections to make sure his guys are doing the job correct and when we found something it took arguments for him to come out. he finished about 2 weeks ago and there is a plug that does not work at all we have informed him and he just ignores us completely.
