Horrible experience

Hi Everyone I have a Alfa Romeo that is at my mechanic CJ AUTO CLINIC IN 131 VOORTREKKER ROAD BRAKPAN Chris Norman nearby T****y Park, he's redoing my engine for R30.000 that I already paid him for in full, but while my car is standing at him for almost 3 months he has not achieved much and always comes up with excuses,he doesn't phone with any updates we have to phone him and if we do he doesn't normally pick up, or we have to go and see him, then he gives us a date when my vehicle will be ready, then if we phone him on that date he has an excuse again,and in the process my windscreen broke,cause the car isn't on a safe place,he's excuse this time is he is looking for a sub assembling. Do not leave your car at CJ Auto Clinic in Brakpan you'll be overpriced with no feedback unless you phone first and always making up excuses and he's driving around with his clients vehicle's, here's proof I don't know what to do anymore,if anyone can give me advise please
