Poor fitment Quality

Had an Ewiks Caravan mover fitted to my Conqueror Companion by CJ Aircons at my home. We tested it and it seemed fine at the time. However, on my first camping trip I found that only one side of the mover was engaging the wheel. There was a gap between the mover and tyre on the other side that I could fit my fingers into. I looked to try and adjust the movers closer, but only found that it was on the maximum setting already. The fitter did not install the brackets properly. I have contacted them at the 4X4 show with all my details , and also through their Fitter that I saw at Conqueror east rand, when the caravan was being serviced, but to date no-one has bothered to contact me to date. The Chap I saw at Conqueror East rand looked at it, and said that I need a different Bracket (in my opinion, that bracket should have been fitted from the start) to fix the problem.
