APPALLING SERVICE/DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER

CJ ACDC was very efficient and helpful with the first inverter that they installed for me, it worked very well with a thorough back up support from their offices.

I then replaced the inverter to a better voltage battery system after the first one the batteries run out. What appalling service, the new more expensive inverter has never worked, not even once and has cost me so much money never mind the numerous call-out fees I have incurred with someone from their team checking it out. I have also been calling, sending messages and emails to have this sorted but they are all acting very *****, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
