Worst attorney ever

<p>Been handed an urgent summonds to defend myself in court by my X,Who by the way left me for a multi milionare,Was refered by another attorney not dealing with litigation.I went to go see these attorneys and told me it would cost me R20000 to go go to the high court to prove my innocese.Was summonds on a Friday and had very little time to get all documentation and affidavids from all over to defend my case.Mr.Civin then called an advocate and i had to draw up a document to prove my innosence..All was written down and prepared by myself and they just put it all my writing into more legal understanding and asked for costs to be rendered from the opponent.Only to find out .Mr.???Me They have settled out of court because my case was to strong to defend"with all my proof of documents and my wording"I paid the representing attorney an amount upfront/had no quote of what this will cost " and also the advocate only to get a phone call that this was not the end.I have basically lost my child because of an incompetant **** of an attorney and agreed to repay him over a period of time.I have dropped the case for i went for more advice from ather attorneys and that this would be an endless pit of throughing money away.Be warned!!!This story is very complicated and i feel my child has been ****** from me because of attorneys not doing what they suppose to.</p>
