Civils 2000 bakkie write off my vehicle

On 2 november 2020 one of civils 2000 bakkies drove into my vehicle that was written off, my onlt vehicle we got so far with corona unable to work due to no transport and no work, i just started to do my own thing to start generating an income, now i am stranded and must beg family to help wirh transport when i get a small job in. Civils 2000 set met back in live with their driver Mr Esra khatib that could not look proper before crossing the R44 road near the strawberry farm. Lost a years payments on my vehicle and cant buy anything at this moment . Hope they can help me out in this situation
