Unpaid salary

Dear sir or madam.

Im writing to you because I want to complain about the company I'm working for civa risk management,we work more than the Hours we supposed to work as a security guard.this month of December I couldn't get my payment salary as I was supposed too, due that I went to a funeral in eastern cape. I worked 21days full but no payment.when I asked my manager why I was not paid he says he told the HR department not paid me as he was not sure if I Will come back so he decided to hold the money that I worked for.our month start from from the 6 and it end on the 6,I went home on 9th as I covered my month full.now we started the the new month yet I haven't get paid my salary as we get paid on the 14th of each month.
