****** and unprofessional

This company has the most ****** staff I have ever come across. We went into a bottle store at Balfour Park mall with a trolley from shop rite. My wife had a hernia operation and can only use the high trolley to get told by civa security staff to get out with the trolley and use one of the baby trolleys.
