Unfair suspended /unfair unpaid and unfair demotion

This is unfair well the company to not pay my full salary due to unapprove my leave well the ****** me or cancel my leave so when I ask my area manager he didn't give me a good explanation about Leav procedures he suspected me and book me for hearing I do attend the hearing when I ask he question is not giving me a good answer so as I was waiting for the payslip to on the payslip I saw he deduct the money for 4 days those days even it's not counted for this month but he cut it off also cuts off my allowances when I ask him still afraid to give me the good answer so well this is unfair because first of all I was supposed to get my salary on Saturday 13 January 24 as everyone got their money on Saturday they paid me on Monday after I ask him why I'm not getting paid everyone got paid he said office is not working on weekends but they got it on Saturday so they were freezing my money well I receive a quarter of my salary when I ask he they book hearing they say you disrespect a company transferred me to other shop far away from where im staying as I'm waiting for my hearing outcome he already told me I have to report to other store far away from my home I told him sir I can't go there it's too far for me he said I have to go but I have to wait for outcome results and call him first so I wrote this here because it's not the first time doing this to me no one is responsible for us as workers to stand for us at the company like union something like that when you ask the HR they said call your manager the person who have a situation with they sent you back to so my company CIVA RISK MANAGEMENT is not fair with us actually we are not treated like human being I wish CIVA big bosses can see this and do something about it we are struggling out there managers don't appreciate us I worked so hard for this company area managers don't care not appreciating 😡😡😡😡😡😡
