Delayed and Poor experience

My wife and I bought premium tickets to the of R399 each. After our disappointed Sunset Trip which took us 2.5 hours to come off signal back to the waterfront my wife got ill and started to vomit because of the delay and long wait. Our ticket numbers are B*** and B*** and we couldn't go the Sunday as she was still sick. We wanted to know if we could get a partial refund for the Sunday only please. I paid with a debit card online
