Extremely rude staff

I'm new to rock climbing and enjoyed my first few visits to City Rock. Today, though, I was treated like a fool because I couldn't belay my friend fast enough. One of the staff members (don't know his name) was extremely rude to me about my "bad belaying" (his exact words). I won't be back.

Update on the situation: I e-mailed the branch and the staff member in question responded with an apology, which I accepted.
