Steam always is off early .Your stuff the dont know business ..pls,do something .cause they show us unprofessional

Please I need this to be sorted with immediately effect cause the guy treat us bad why steam switch off 8-while gym close 9 ..remember we are working and we knock off late please change,your stuff cause you will lost more important client like ..steam is needed until 9 ..plz am complaining I hate bodylab now germiston is full of bad service everything is useless
