Poor service

<p>I sent an email in saturday to ********** to request for application forms for accommodation , i want to stay at University Gate Student Accom , i understand i sent email on saturday , on monday i phoned twice , i spoke to Mazeeda who said she will send the forms , she sent the forms after i phoned 3 times , i got the forms and filled them and send them back on Monday with the necessary documents , on tuesday and wednesday i phoned more than 3 times to check with Mazeeda if she recieved the completed forms , her answer was "we are busy with the forms " i asked her atleast to respond on my email that she received it , today its thursday and no one has responded and i need to move in at the student accom on monday the 30th , all i need is to be asured that i will get accommodation as i dont want to be stranded on the 30th and as first year student .</p>
