I need money to be captured

I have a big problem with citynet company president palace 78 ..unit 311 flat ..my rent per is r 4,450... September 2017 ...on the first on September I paid 1900 +1800+800 But now I received statement that 800 is not appearing to system how come to give them prooe of payment n thr do it even even copy ..I gav Winnie now she give me stupid service that I hv to go bank to do it reprint no I gave her proof .

So need this to sorted with immediately affect cause wr s the money why is not appearing why other appearing to system I need help .reference I was using to pay is 311 rent
