Bad service

I app**** for a flat at 28 Betty str managed by Chorus last week. A lady by the name of Nonkululeko called me and said my ID looks like something that was made. I then went and made a copy of my smart card and certified it. I have waited for a reply for a week and no one called me up until today. I have been calling the company two or three times a day to ask if I was approved or not. I called them again on Friday but they told me the manager who does approvals is not there. Nonkululeko said there is nothing she can do, I can either wait for Monday or go look for a place somewhere else. Today it's Monday , I called them at 11:00 , they said Nonkululeko's line is busy. It is like they don't care at all. Why do you open a business if you are not prepared to help people .
