POOR SERVICE AND ****

If only there was an option for 0 stars for LUNA APARTMENTS, you pay so much just for the ambience with staff and management that know nothing about customer service. Unreliable, unprofessional, unskilled staff. Even the management needs training because the service is ****. I have been ****** of my money and even the 'so called' head office does not attend my case since last year, the front line manager Mfundwenhle is not useful at all, if you know what I mean. Someone do something. I do not even understand why were those managers trusted with the business.
