Pathetic Service

I have been asking for my bed that went missing for the past 6 months after it being removed from my flat because it apparently had bugs. I asked for it so I can move it home and No one seems yo know where it disappeared to and no one has even the decency to tell me anything straight. Like No one seems to be taking accountability for it. They always say they will get back to me and they’ve been saying the same thing from January
