Monde(Premium Building) poor customer service

Pathetic customer service from one of the Employees (MONDE,City Life Premium Building) that the company chose to hire, no patience whatsoever, no empathy towards customer queries and and no manners for someone of his age. Im a new tenant and I have a bank query with the building, the man shows no remorse or anything, can't liaise with customers in the query one has.. To him all that matters is I have to pay pay pay,
