Loyalty went down the drain

I've been at CityLife for more than 4 years living in the same room. But to come to think that such thing like this could happen to me I really did understand the course of it.

Yes I've seen lot of people being kicked out the building but my scenario is very complicated cause it doesn't have something strong that leads me to being kicked out.

I Ntuthuko Nzama the one and only tenant who's been accused by CityLife that I've been a bad tanent in the building. I use to stay at 2719. Being acused for doing things I never did.

Before I was terminated from the building I was first blocked by the reception on the 26th of October 2018. When I go there asking whats the reason I'm told I was making noise and now the head office is actually tired of me. Monday morning. The building manager out of no where, me being block. Rent fully paid.

The manager comes straight to my room with two securities looking for a stove which I don't know why would I buy a stove after so long being living at CityLife. I'm sure all my neighbors know I'm always in the kitchen cooking with them. But then unfortunately the "manager" didn't find anything.

Went back to the manager asked him why is this happening and it's only happening to me. I was told that you guys as "Admin" you are tired of me. I asked for what valid reason I was told that I was given a final warning in June 2017 and I refused to sign. So now I'm being evicted because I was noisy in the building yet usually when there's a noise they send securities or they make a call but that day I was blocked "alone" in the room, I guess they can sense now who's making noise between the tenants in the room, no securities came up to me nor call was made to inform me.

Then the manager came into my room on Monday after a weekend struggle trying to get in the building, then he tells me he's now looking for a stove which he did not find, left my room upside down wanting me to leave "his premises" meaning I was supposed to sign for something I did not have or do. Then I ask myself, is that how CityLife works now or am I being suppressed.

I was given 5 days to look for a new place before the 3rd of the new month, meanwhile I had a hard time getting in the building and on top of that I was working 9 to 5 every day . Next thing I wasn't allowed to be in the building on the 1st. I was locked out stranded cause apparently the "manager" failed to understand that I couldn't go find a place in a space of 5days. Asked for my lease contract but no the managers said no. I had no place to go.

I then realized the whole course of this eviction. It was all because I'm a person who always send emails whenever I'm not happy with the service. Even on that case, I was given by the stuff members the email address to complain to. Funny how I was evicted immediately after I laid a complaint about the service I was experiencing in the building, what a coincidence. Now I realize that the same emails I sent are the same emails that got me kicked out the building. I guess my building manager was just tired of my complaints.

Then I hear rumors say that once you think you know too much, the easily get rid of you. So I think I knew more than what they thought I knew so they used power on me to get me out. Fine I left the building then next thing in not allowed to be signed as a visitor in the building, for what good reason, no one knows. Yet there's some of my things that I couldn't take with me that day cause time was against me.

I write this to share to you how I was mistreated. And I don't think the lease that I signed with you guys as admins say if perhaps you do wrong you will be evicted with immediate effect. Sadly I was. So I want to know from you guys as admins like what to do about this matter cause I hear that you guys as well are in this. So is this not a court case or something cause no one wanted to hear my side.

I hope you find this well but I'm really not okay after what CityLife has done to me. 4 years of loyalty went down just like nobody's business. I really feel like taking a step forward on this. I don't know what I'll do but there's something I think I should do.

Warm regards Ntuthuko.
