City life Russel street the slums

I am utterly disgusted by the washing machines that are at city life on Russel street. It is unacceptable the conditions that you let the tenants live under. Yes, we stay there by choice but that doesn't mean the place should be like life in the slums. You have rules about closing the laundry room as if someone is going to ***** your horrible washing machines, those things have not been serviced in ages. Whenever we wash the clothes, they come out more dirty and disgusting. That is ripping people off, fix it. Why do you close laundry rooms? People are paying its not like we washing for free. Your taps are ridiculous. You control the taps in such a way that if left unattended no water will leak yet you close the washing place on eight floor. the place is full of rats and you have stopped giving us the glue for the rats. The only thing you guys are good at is renovating the building. How is renovating the building improve the life of the tenants? How does that help us? You can easy stop adding artificial grass that is useless to us and buy new washing machines. The people that stay at city life are hard working people who are always busy and trying to make a living. The lifts are always not working and we have to walk all the way down in the morning holding kids and bags. Yes you not gonna lose anything whether you read this or not but this has been going on for too long. Stoves are not working, we fighting over the stoves. Can you guys do just one thing right. Get new washing machines and whether it cost R15 or R50 to wash one load that doesn't matter as long as the cloths don`t come out disgusting. Open the laundry room 24 hrs. What do you get by closing it 22:00 pm. Can we have less decoration and working lifts, more stoves working washing machines. Is it too much to ask for. Please.
