CITY LIFE REFUSED WITH FURNITURE AFTER LEASE WAS TERMINATED

Hi

I have had a terrible experience with City life, My young sister, Samkelisiwe Magomba has been residing at City Life towers for the Past 10 months , I have been the one assisting her with rent all this time, My finances became shaky I could no longer afford to pay rent anymore, I then decided to send her home I paid full rent for August and when it was time for me to come through and collect her belonging I was not allowed to on the 31st of August because i was told she needs to write a formal letter stating she is permitting ,she did that and when i came through on the 1st of August I was told she is owing i cannot take her belongings ..... we tried again on the 10th they still not allowing to take her furniture. last week she was called and told that if she does not take her furniture her furniture will be sold , How??? How can we now be expected to pay the full amount for September rental just because you refused us to take out furniture, we really feel like we are being ****** in daylight here and each day this issue is not resolved we are told the amount to pay is increasing.

Can we get proper feedback and clarity on this matter please because we do need this furniture removed asap as my sister has gone back home.
