CITY LIFE PREMUIN *****

Hello Peter my name is Thembelihle Zakwe I have a issue with the apartment 221 in City Life premuin that i was renting. I went away to visit in Johannesburg and I paid my rent via EFT for the month of April as I ussualy do. When I got back to The Apartment someone was placed in my room and my belonging where stashed in Store room. I asked why was this done they said payment was not received I then presented my bank statement showing that did pay for that month.I ask for my refund and decided to take my stuff a rent a delivery van to Pietermaritzburg. I received an remail that the refund wound take 14 days but I later received a call that they made a mistake and I won't be getting my money back. I am very angry, I am tired of taking to this Monde guy whom they insist I should to talk who is responsible as a building manager. I lost some of my valuable items and they don't want to give me my refund. I am afraid that I will lose my money and items that a lost there I'm defenseless as young women.
