City Life (Four Seasons) Renovation

I'm so unhappy right now regarding City Life (Four Seasons). they have recently kicked us out because they are converting their apartment to student residents. apparently we're expected to evacuate at the end of this month (November 2020). the problem is that they are fixing the flat while other tenant are still there. their project started beginning of this month. the tenants have tried several times to stop this with no success. but my main problem is that I have a 4 year old who has sinus, this project has affected her in a way that she cant even sleep properly, she's coughing, she a runny nose, itchy eyes and nose as a result she's has developed some irritation effect on her face. I feel this is so unfair especially for her who cant defend herself during this hard time. this is totally unacceptable.
