Tax certificates IT3 , investments

Tax certificates still not available on online .

Have been told this afternoon 25 June 2018 on Client services they experience difficulties. 2018 tax year ended 28 Feb we are in the last week of June- 4 months later. I am travelling overseas and only need to supply bookkeeper of the interest certificate which is still not available less than one week before SARS open for lodging .

Totally unacceptable. The only way to deal with it is to change banks and invest somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
