No Service at all

ABSA Horison - no service at all. Evan after speaking to the bank manager I am still waiting for service. I have been at the bank and wanted to make an appointment to open a savings account. NO LUCK! Then I phoned the bank manager and asked for a representative to call me to make an appointment to open a saving account. NO LUCK! Even the people who answer the complaint does not bother to help. Shall I google the CEO and send him E-Mails?
